“If the group is an art form of the future, then convening groups is anartistry we must cultivate to fully harvest the promise of the future.”- Jacob Needleman, Centered on the Edge
Art of Hosting workshops can be held along a diversity of themes (environment, health care, strengthening families….), but above all they are about developing leaders who are committed to skillful communicate and contributing to the health of their communities.
this includes methodologies and embodiment of principals and values that engage communities in participative and interesting ways.
Everyone who attends one of these workshops is encouraged to gain clarity and focus around where and how they would personally like to contribute as leaders, and how to bring others along with them.
this is especially useful for those who manage teams and want to work on a burning issue or opportunity to explore insights and wisdom that often flow from the collectivity and connectivity of those who participate.
