Appreciate that the Times They are a Changin...

Today is another good day, I had a chance to spend some time with some people who are really new within the work area. They have all been out of school less than 5 years and no one had been working in that area for very long. some had been working in retail, as waiters, as students etc. and all of them are bright intelligent souls who are looking to learn, grow and contribute in the workplace.

This was exciting for me and the best part of my day... really! we met over lunch and we shared some exercises around a topic of: What Does It Takes to Succeed... so we talked about how to build relationships and trust in business.

I asked them to write down who they trusted then they shared... as you know, there are no wrong answers, the people they trust are chosen by each individual for different reasons. they may be family, best friends, a spouse and yes, even a BOSS!

The values and ethics and things we teach and manifest as leaders are really important if we are to positively support and lead others of all ages. Then we moved to a discussion and description of some of the trusted behaviours recognized and appreciated by each one and then of course we talked about building credibility and how each person needs to do that every day.

It was interesting as the newbies shared their thoughts and I was very proud to be included in that circle... Investing time in understanding is also an important principle as we seek to understand what every person brings to the work place along with their bodies. we want their creativity and their sense of well being, their mind and their perfect day feeling needs to be felt within the energy fields they share and WOW can that be powerful and lasting. The sense of responsibility and reliability are all part of what we generate as we share a part of the day with people we work with and people we live with . How lucky we are to be a part of their lives.
Slide 2
INVESTING IN PEOPLE:
Sustain and engage a healthy work environment is a contributing factor resulting in an engaged, skilled and adaptable workforce. If we don't... who will? Today was a great day.

The times they are a changing as Bob Dylan use to sing... new additions to the Canadian work force and how we value each other, our differences and our similarities, our opinions and our sense of social justice and fairness are important attributes of our respected Canadian society.

Today, more than ever we need to understand that change and advancement of communications and culture help us to communicate like never before. Web 2.0 is a great addition to our landscape as we communicate like this, through a blog or the use of other social networking tools. let's get connected, not just through IT and the web, but as people and imagine what listening, sharing and understanding can bring to us...

Remember - You cannot cross the sea merely by looking at the water so I encourage you to take action and see what makes your neighbour tick...
tick talk! :-))
have a great interactive day!

The New Abundance Through Change

Life is Good, Life is what you make of it! I have not input to this blog for a very long time as events of life had over taken me. Today I am starting once again to use the social media available to make sense and to connect with the outside world. Our legacy of communication is one of the most profound tombstone's we can find about a person.

connections care world wide and people can capture their ideal definition of abundance through how they live their life, not just what they have in life that is material in nature.

we all have dreams and hopes for today and the future. I find that we need to live today and the rest will take care of itself as we step into the future and see what is in store for us through the contribution and linkage we care to make with others. we are also enriched through the internal reflection and connection to something more powerful than we can imagine as the power of One is really a connection with the universal power of creation in what ever language or definition you give it.

Spirituality stretches beyond the realm of religion and dogma although it has a great place in society to unify thinking and bring a like mindedness to the practices we embed in our thinking and value system.

Like I said, Life is Good! we need to embrace the life we have as we envision and shape the life we want tomorrow as we amend or continue down the walk of life manifested through our behaviour and our attitude as we interact with others... we represent our true selves.

Use AdSense to make money... this is how!

SUBJECT: If you use AdSense you need to see this

Hi,

There are lots of products and Ebooks out there
about AdSense but the problem with most of them
is:

1. They're written by people who aren't even
big earners themselves

2. They don't ever go into the REAL detail of
HOW TO earn high amounts

That's why I was shocked when I came across
Michael Cheney's AdSense Videos site. He's
produced simple click and play videos that show
you the exact methods he uses to make $19,156
per month.

Michael's videos are different because they
show you step-by-step exactly what he does to
generate over $600 per day just using Google's
AdSense program.

It's easy to see why all the big 'gurus' are
piling praise on 'AdSense Videos' and even if
you don't go ahead and get full access to all
the videos (which I recommend you do) - you
need to visit the site and get the AdSense
Mini-Course he's giving away:

Interview with Michael Cheney on AdSense Revenue

Interview
with Michael Cheney from AdSense-Videos.com

Q. So what made
you get started with AdSense?

A. I
was looking for a way to monetize some of my websites. AdSense
is such an easy thing to get started with the eye for it would
be a great way to start earning more money without actually putting
into much more effort. I think as soon as you see the first earnings
coming into your account you get addicted to AdSense. I know is
what happened to me and since then I've just spent time working
out how to earn more and more each day.

Q. How much do
you make with AdSense
?

A. Some days I can earn
close to $1000 and others it's less than that. But it all comes
down to how much time and effort you devote to creating a quality
site that people like visiting. AdSense is not what my business
is based on by any means - but it is a great way to earn revenue
almost on autopilot.

Q. What is the
biggest mistake people making with AdSense?

A. Probably
the biggest mistake people make is thinking the AdSense earnings
are easy to achieve. It is very easy to get started but as I learned
it takes a lot of effort to increase your earnings. I got really
downhearted whenever I would log in to my account to see that
I had only made a few dollars. And that's when I decided to spend
months and months of my time learning everything I could about
AdSense.

I basically buried myself
away and devoured every single piece of AdSense information I
could find. I ran thousands of AdSense tests and started to see
a dramatic effect on my click through ratio and therefore on my
earnings.

This is why I'd decided
to record the videos - because I knew that it would help people
who were in my position to also increase their earnings. I've
read an absolute ton of AdSense e-book's but they take so long
to go through and always seem to keep information back.

With AdSense Videos I
knew that I had to tell the story exactly as it is and actually
show people and lead them by the hand through the exact techniques
that I use to generate large earnings from AdSense.

Q. In your videos
you show people how to increase their AdSense earnings - can you
give us a taster of this advice?

A. I
don't want to give away my biggest secrets as you can understand!
But some of the more basic things that you can do to increase
your revenues include using ads that blend in rather than stand
out from your content. Flat out the worst thing you can do with
an AdSense ad is make it look like the standard Google ad. What
you need to realise is that you will get more clicks if your ad
actually appears part of your site rather than something that's
just been dropped into the page.

Q. What would
you recommend that someone do right now to increase their AdSense
earnings?

A. I've
created a totally free AdSense minicourse that people can go through
to learn some of my techniques. It takes you through the four
cornerstone principles that I've used to build up my AdSense empire.
You can check it out, as well as all the AdSense Videos, here:

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to get rich easily, while others seem destined for a life of financial struggle?

Here is an opportunity no one should miss this! As a business person, I found my company by attending this seminar. It also helped me to extend my network as almost EVERYONE who attends this event is looking for more money!! Sign up today and learn while you network. I did it and it works!!!

In reality, your level of wealth has everything to do with your "financial blueprint." You can learn about this blueprint, and permanently change it in order to start living a life filled with abundance in one fun-filled weekend of intense learning and self-discovery.

T. Harv Eker is the author of the #1 NY Times bestselling book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind™, and his programs have changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people all over the world.

In his book, Harv teaches how to identify your "financial blueprint" which determines your ability to be successful. Often your success is limited by what your blueprint is set for, much like a thermostat limits the temperature in a room. Unfortunately, as I quickly learned, many of us have our thermostats set on low due to the conditioning we received as children. It's no one's fault; it's simply the way it is for so many of us.

But--and this is big--you can learn to reset your blueprint for a higher level of success.

Do you remember the first time you tried riding a bike? It was hard, but after lots of practice and maybe a bit of falling down, you suddenly found your balance and began riding with ease. Well, that feeling of suddenly being able to ride is exactly how I feel about making since attending the MMI program. I know you'll feel the same way after you've attended the Millionaire Mind Intensive and learned the critical tools of financial management I learned there.

And the best part? The Millionaire Mind Intensive is complimentary! Your only investment is a $97 materials fee and the purchase of The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind and you get hundreds of dollars in product for that!

You have absolutely nothing to lose because the book is a great read and the seminar materials are worth hundreds of dollars in CDs, DVDs and tools. I guarantee you'll have a great time and learn a lot about yourself. That's why I'm encouraging you to do whatever it takes to be at this event.

In this profound seminar you will learn:

  • The hidden cause of almost all financial problems
  • How your childhood conditioning is affecting you financially--today
  • How to reset your financial thermostat for automatic success
  • How to train your mind to work for you, instead of against you

Yes, I Want a Millionaire Mind!
